We are committed to supplying only the highest quality product and put all compounds to quality control on two NMR spectrometers (Brucker-300/500 MHz) and a Finnigan mass spectrometer. All these compounds can be made available for your screening programs.

IBS supplies low-molecular natural compounds isolated from microorganisms, marine species and plant material, including exotic species, their derivatives, analogs and mimetics from Siberia, Central Asia, the Russian Far East, the Near and Middle East, South America etc.

We have now introduced a new service to meet the needs of our customers: we offer Sub-libraries containing a fixed number of compounds, from 400 to 10000, which are selected from our total library on the maximum diversity basis. The diversity analysis is carried out using the software of the leading companies in the field. The subsets containing 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 2000 - 10000 compounds are available in microtiter plates for HTS.

We are pleased to offer you two recently updated databases of unique and diverse synthetic and natural compounds - STOCK1S and STOCK1N. Please note that ALL compounds included in the DBs STOCK1S and STOCK1N are currently available (as their name implies); ALL compounds have passed NMR/MS control (purity 92-98%). We will be glad to send you STOCK1N and/or STOCK1S by e-mail as zip SD files or on CD (ISIS2.x).

IBS guarantees delivery of the selected compounds within 1-4-weeks upon receipt of the official PO,depending on the size of an order.

If you are interested in specialized compound libraries for screening we are pleased to offer separate complete databases of alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids, coumarins, terpenoids and sesquiterpene lactones, glycosides, peptides, purines/pyrimidines etc. These databases have been generated from the compounds available in the InterBioScreen collection, each database lists 1000 - 3000 structures.

To meet customers’ drug discovery needs better, InterBioScreen Ltd. offers you the opportunity to obtain compounds synthesized around the Scaffolds from InterBioScreen’s libraries. This is a new exciting project that has already attracted attention of quite a number of companies in Europe, USA and Japan.

Our library now contains a new database of known Agonists/Antagonists, Inhibitors/Activators, Bioregulators and other Bioactive Compounds – IBS_BIO.db. This BIO database includes known potent enzyme substrates, inhibitors and activators, receptor agonists and antagonists, bioregulators and other biologically active compounds for use in assay development and validation.

Also available are Specialized High-Hit Sub-Libraries^TM of potential antivirals, antibacterials, tuberculostatics and other anti-infectives and anti-inflammatory agents, cancerostatics, antidiabetics, compounds with cardiovascular activity, hypo/hypertensives, neurotropic agents, CNS regulators etc.

Please note that the above libraries, too, were generated with the help of the cluster sampling/similarity analysis (CSSA^TM method) using the DERWENT WDI, NEGWER and other reference databases and the DAYLIGHT/MOLDIVS software package, with subsequent "seeding" into the IBS in-house libraries.

This includes synthesis of any number of analogs, computer-aided optimization and prediction of the bio-effect with the help of the most advanced software; synthesis of large amounts of the required compounds, optimization of the synthesis method.
