Princeton New Jersey, USA & Moscow, Russia, April 17, 2003 - InterBioScreen and Princeton BioMolecular Research announced a partnership which will build on their existing capabilities to produce and deliver new generations of discovery molecules for life science research, worldwide. The two companies signed a long-term collaborative agreement to exploit their core, discovery research competencies in small molecule chemistry. It will include InterBioScreen's extensive natural and synthetic chemistry organization and resources, and Princeton BioMolecular's established molecular research expertise, and laboratories in the United States.
