The two companies signed a long-term collaborative agreement to exploit their core, discovery research competencies in small molecule chemistry. It will include InterBioScreen's extensive natural and synthetic chemistry organization and resources, and Princeton BioMolecular's established molecular research expertise, and laboratories in the United States.
